1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Gedotravel website and services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: full refund minus processing fee. 15–29 days: 50% refund. 7–14 days: 25% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. Some services may have different cancellation policies as noted at time of booking.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Gedotravel is not liable for losses not covered by insurance.

5. Liability

Gedotravel acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, guides). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Gedotravel and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
